The Project and Construction Management services are to provide key support to the design teams, enabling use of the most up-to-date project management standards implemented by the practice. We work closely with the client and identify project objectives at the earliest stages. We support and empower teams to deliver their design objectives, while helping to maintain positive, long-lasting client relationships.
